Ghost Rider rumored to appear in Doctor Strange : In the Multiverse of Madness

Marvel Studios officially recently announced the release date for Doctor Strange : In the Multiverse of Madness when it posted a short video about celebrating movies. This movie already gained a lot of limelight after the last episode of WandaVision.

This was because, Wanda is already in Doctor Strange : In the Multiverse of Madness and hence there were strong chances of Doctor Strange doing a cameo in the last episode. Later on it was revealed that Doctor Strange was almost there in WandaVision but then removed at the last moment.

Doctor Strange was meant to be the one creating all the commercials in WandaVision and signal Wanda how she was being tricked by Agatha Harkness. This just shows the fact that how Marvel Studios wanted Doctor Strange to be a strong character. Alas, we never got to this point.

Doctor Strange : In the Multiverse of Madness is again trending on the internet because fans say that they have seen a new concept art on ThatHashtagShow. According this show, there can be a new version of Johnny Blaze in this movie now that Marvel has the rights to Ghost Rider.

Doctor Strange is the key to Multiverse and Supernatural characters

The main reason about Ghost Rider being in Doctor Strange : In the Multiverse of Madness is because Kevin Feige said that what excited him about Doctor Strange’s character was the way he was the gateway for all the supernatural characters. Doctor Strange is the reason how Marvel will be able to explain the characters like Blade.

Also, he’s going to play a big role in Spiderman : No Way Home as Peter Parker’s mentor. In addition to this, if we ever get to see all three Spidermen sharing screen together, it won’t be possible without ‘The Master of Mystic Arts’; Doctor Strange. Furthermore, the upcoming Disney+ series Moon Knight is another example of a supernatural character.

This is another nod from Marvel Studios about how important they want Doctor Strange to be for them.

Ghost Rider in Agents of Shield

Marvel has already shown a version of Ghost Rider with the character named Robby Reyes. The interesting thing this show depicted was basically anyone can be a Ghost Rider. The only challenging part is that the person has to make a deal with the devil and sell its soul to the devil.

Mephisto Again?

In the comics, Mephisto is the one who bind’s Johnny Blaze’s soul to the Spirit of Vengeance. But there are no chances of him showing up.

Ghost Rider not to get a solo movie in the MCU

Another thing ThatHastagShow seems to have brought up is that Ghost Rider will be similar to Hulk in the MCU. Just like Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk never got a solo movie so will Johnny Blaze’s Ghost Rider. But he will keep appearing in MCU projects.

Having Ghost Rider in the movie would also add to the horror factor of the movie.

Who’ll be the face of Ghost Rider ?

Now, even if there’s ever going to be a Ghost Rider in the future MCU projects, who’s going to be its face? Currently the obvious choice according to fans is Keanu Reeves. Also, Kevin Feige has been meeting with him since a long time to see if he’s going to fit in a role.

Marvel Studios has already casted A-listed actors in its movies. So, even if we see another actor as Ghost Rider’s face, we’ll surely not get disappointed by the casting.
