The shapeshifting abilities of Skrulls make them formidable adversaries. Based on their abilities I have stumbled upon a Secret Invasion Theory which says that 3 more characters in the MCU could be Skrulls.
The imminent revelation of cherished MCU favorites as Skrulls is bound to shake things up and forever alter our perception. It’s worth mentioning that I won’t spoil any instances where characters have already been impersonated by Skrulls, so there’s no need to fret.
1 – Sharon Carter a.k.a Agent-13 a.k.a The Power Broker
Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp) is a trained S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who is known as Agent 13.
Sharon’s prominent appearance was in in Civil War and she was a completely different person. She could give her life for what is right. Sharon was Steve Rogers’ bodyguard, not to mention the great niece of Peggy Carter.
She went against the Accords and got Captain America’s and Falcon’s gear for them. That is what her into trouble and that is the last we saw of her. Maybe the real Sharon Carter is dead or hiding.
Because Sharon in Phase 4 during The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, was a completely different person. She became cold and did not flinch to kill anyone.

She seemed suspicious right from her very first appearance and is later revealed to be The Power Broker. But as she gains Sam Wilson’s confidence, she has one foot in the administrative section and other in arms market.
Sharon Carter currently has access to government secrets, weapons prototypes, and more, all of which points to the same rebellion which Gravik is leading.
Hence, according to a Secret Invasion Theory, Sharon Carter could be a Skrull.
2 – Valentina Allegra de Fontaine a.k.a. Madame Hydra
Val, played Julia Louis-Dreyfus, is a character with connections to spy work and secretive operations. Currently, her intentions and affiliations in the MCU are still unknown, which suggests she may be involved in shady activities.
Interestingly, during Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, you get to known that Val used to be married to Everett Ross, portrayed by Martin Freeman.
If a Skrull, who has access to Val’s connections were to become the current director of the CIA, it could lead to utter chaos. The potential repercussions of this scenario involve disseminating false information within the Central Intelligence Agency and other crucial U.S. government establishments.
This could prove highly detrimental. This is particularly worrisome in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, given the abundance of advanced technology and weaponry that could be targeted for theft or misuse.
3 – Tyler Hayward
During the events of WandaVision, Tyler Hayward, portrayed by Josh Stamberg, served as the director of S.W.O.R.D. (Sentient Weapon Observation Response Division).
Initially, he presented himself as a dedicated and capable leader. However, as the series progressed, his actions raised suspicions. Hayward displayed a lack of empathy and a willingness to employ unethical methods to achieve his objectives.
These inconsistencies in his character suggest that there might be more to him than meets the eye. But MCU has not explore Hayward’s past.
I recall that he possesses advanced manipulation tactics and a distinct lack of moral compass. Deliberately provoking Wanda Maximoff, he aimed to exploit her powers for S.W.O.R.D.’s benefit. His insistence on branding Wanda as a terrorist and refusal to consider alternative solutions indicate a hidden agenda.
This aligns with the Skrulls’ expertise in manipulation and covert operations, a parallel that can be drawn to Hayward’s behavior. As the director of S.W.O.R.D., Hayward holds access to cutting-edge technology. Skrulls are renowned for their ability to replicate both appearance and technology.
They already possess the ability to develop ‘Super-Skrulls’. Hence, this Secret Invasion Theory of Hayward being a Skrull is it plausible.
The end of Secret Invasion will definitely leave devasting results. The faction of Skrulls led by Gravik will succeed in breaking the trust among humans. This will lead to the events of Thunderbolts and Armor Wars.
